I started to live and breathe everything college basketball in the early to mid – 1990’s. The first team I followed regularly was the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Tim Duncan, Randolph Childress, Rusty LaRue and those boys were fun to watch. The 1995 Final Four was the first Final Four I remember being able to stay up late and watch. Bryant “Big Country” Reeves still remains one of my favorite players. Flash forward about 20-25 years, and the love for this game has continue to grow. Now, it’s time to be what I have always wanted to be – a Bracketologist!

This site will have weekly bracket predictions along with a “bubble” analysis and weekly notable games. If you like the site, please follow me on twitter! Enjoy the season, and March cannot come soon enough!

College basketball has been a way of life for me for 20+ years. Some of my fondest memories growing up in the mid to late 90s was after our saturday morning bowling league waiting for noon for pizza and Big East basketball action. Watching Gonzaga’s rise as a cinderella, Bruce Drew entering college basketball lore, and Uconn’s improbable 1999 championship run sealed my fate as a college basketball addict for the rest of my life. I will always firmly believe that the opening round of the NCAA Tournament should be a national holiday.

Favorite game: Syracuse v. Uconn 6-overtime game, MSG 2009

Favorite Tournament Upset: Gonzaga over Stanford 1999
